Returns and refunds
LORDMUSK items are made to order through print-on-demand. Because each piece is printed after you order, we cannot accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@lordmusk.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund the purchase.
Production and shipping times are set by our fulfillment partner and can vary by product and destination.
